Video Flash Cards: Multiplication

I have added 10 new videos to a playlist on YouTube showing my new series of Video Flash Cards for multiplication. These would be handy for students to learn their times tables. I include all tables from 0-12 for sale, but videos only show 1-10. Here is link:

http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFB7456A84CFA0138

The videos come in 2 sizes, so teachers can use on large screens (monitors or tablets) and students can use on small portable video playing devices (like iPods) and smartphones.

New Version of VideoMathTutor.com Website!

I have TOTALLY revamped my website. It is much better to navigate and to view videos. It is also more iPad friendly. Please check it out: http://www.videomathtutor.com Please let me know if there are any problems or bad links. Some of the larger pages (like the home page and “brain teasers”) do take a bit of time to load using Safari. Nothing I can do about that.

To celebrate my changing of e-commerce providers (using FastSpring.com now), I have a special discount coupon code: Use GET20PERCENTOFF to get 20% off any order of Videos on Demand or Video Flash Cards. Does *NOT* apply to DVDs, Rentals or PDF Notes (sorry).

I will work on a special iPhone version of site soon. Stay tuned for that!

New iframe YouTube Videos!

I have changed all my YouTube embedded videos that used the “old style” embed code to the new “iframe” style. This will allow my videos to be more easily seen on iOS devices. Visit www.videomathtutor.com to see the new enhancements.

Enjoy!

By the way, I am working on a major update to my website to make it more iPod, iPhone, and Android compatible. This should be done is a few weeks (or less!) My goal is to make my site more streamline, simpler to navigate, and make it easier for you to watch my videos.

I Made Some Videos for Lumos Learning

I have just completed work on 13 short videos for Lumos Learning (www.lumostestprep.com). It took me a bit longer than I wanted to get them done, but I think they came out great! I adapted the videos from some practice test questions they provided me in text form. I really enjoyed working for them, and hope I get a chance to do more “freelance” work in the future.

Here is the link to the videos:

Lumos Learning also just started up their own YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/lumoslearning

I hope everyone gets a chance to see these videos and visit the new YouTube channel!

ACK! My Official Website is Down!

It looks like my videomathtutor.com website is more popular than I thought. It exceeded its bandwidth for the month. If you want to purchase DVDs, you will need to visit the mathpodcast.com site. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. All my videos are on YouTube and most other popular video sharing sites. I hope to take care of this problem as soon as possible. If I cannot, then you will have to wait until March 1st for my site to be up and running again. If this happens again in March, I will transfer my site to yahoo.com, which allows unlimited bandwidth usage.
